Order Up!

So I’ve been working on a pet project recently that finally launched at the start of this month and am so excited to announce…

I’m delivering care package orders!

The pilot, which I’m running through May, is mainly local for now (meaning many of the lucky customers are my friends, or friends of friends). I have to admit, I was floored by how modestly well the order delivery is going! It’s probably just about as much as I can handle at this busy crossroads in between my conference research, prospectus work, blogging, and other exciting developments around here, so this month of deliveries has been perfectly timed.

I thought it would be fun to show you guys what I’ve been up to, introduce you to some of my awesome customers, and give you a sneak peek at some of the fun recipes to look out for in the coming weeks (and trust me, you WON’T want to miss these!). And best of all, if you get hungry while reading and are eligible for local pick-up (or if you must have a mail order for a special occasion only), you can order your own care package!

By the way: all of these testimonials below were completely unsolicited (i.e. all happy WG customers volunteered their opinions!).

My first official delivery came from a good friend who had just returned from Hawaii (jealous! This week, I also received quite a few requests for my vegan healthy recipes, which makes me so excited because in case you didn’t know, I am currently obsessed with raw/no-bake/vegan sweet treats. Two lovely gals, J and E, picked up their deliveries this week.

I still have 5 orders waiting to be completed by the end of the month. Luckily, doing custom orders allows me to keep creating recipes without having to worry about “pawning” them off to folks (to the detriment of my emaciated wallet), so I’m super stoked that this is finally happening. This is kind of the dream. Thank you to all my beautiful friends and readers who have been ordering!
